Murzi Daruwalla is a Retail Banking, Marketing & Communications specialist responsible for regional business development. Murzi brings with him a cross-section of rich experience both as a consultant and in businesses. He has an excellent track record in segmentation, customer relationship management, strategy & business development, loyalty, and product development, communication and service standards.
During his time at ARA Research & Consultancy, Murzi led and managed KPCs project to develop a communications plan and roll out their 2030 Strategic Directions to internal and external audiences. He has also led key client relationships with many internationally renowned brand-names, including: The World Bank, Equate Petrochemicals, Toyota Asia Pacific, Burgan bank, KFH, NBK, Alghanim Industries, GMW, Mercedes, Al Rai and Al Anba.
Prior to joining ARA Research & Consultancy, Murzi worked with some of the GCC’s leading corporations including BBDO, Al-Ghanim & Burgan Bank.
Murzi won the first Gold Media Lion from the GCC at the Cannes Advertising Awards for Gulf Bank and he created a game show for the Al Danah Draw account that ran on Kuwait TV.
He holds an MBA Degree in Finance from the University of Pune and is a Member of the IAA Kuwait Chapter.
